- BMHS Profile: BODY (Physique, Health and Senses) – How do you keep or would like to keep your Body Healthy, Well and Personable?
- I keep my body fit and healthy at all times - this includes going to the gym most days for an hour, eating healthy but not vegetarian, no alcohol, no smoking, no tea or coffee, drinking only water and fresh fruit juice. I love to eat raw as often as possible, and I love juicing. Within my daily meditations I include processes for clearing and healing the body.
- BMHS Profile: MIND (Thoughts and Ideas) – How do you keep or would like to keep your Mind Uplifted, Calm and Creative?
- Within my daily meditations are a series of processes for clearing the mind of all debris and negative thought forms. I am trying to be aware in every moment of my thoughts and to change those that are not positive and supportive as they arise.
I use connections with various energy sources to calm the mind, or to be creative when writing or drawing/painting etc.
I am constantly reading and researching spiritual and esoteric material - but also draw upon an inner knowing and inner plane sources.
I also use processes to recognise and to clear negative, subconscious mental patterns and issues in an ongoing process to creating a clear mental body.
- BMHS Profile: HEART (Emotions and Feelings) – How do you keep or would like to keep your Heart Loving, Kind and Compassionate?
- Again, within my daily practices are processes to clear the emotional body of all debris and negative energies. And, again I try to be aware of what I am feeling in all moments and to release or transform any negative feelings as they arise and to replace them with unconditional love or other positive energies.
I often use music to either uplift the heart or as a tool to bring up negative stuck issues to be released.
I try to come from unconditional love in all moments.
- BMHS Profile: SPIRIT (Access to the Source of Creation) – How do you or would like to access to your Spirit – the source of everything?
- I can access Source in most moments, unless unusualy stressed. Meditation and daily clearing processes every day has enabled me to feel this connection almost all the time. And to be able to recognise the different energies that make up the 'Source' and to call upon them as necessary to help within daily life.
I work every day at making this connection stronger and clearer so that I might come from the Source and Unconditional Love in every moment.
