I am the Visionary Teacher for a Traditional Native British Spiritual Path - The Wildwood Order of Ancient Druidhism.
I work in the community as a Spiritual Lifementor, for the dispossessed and those touched by prejudice, bigotry and injustice by an uncaring society.
I am much involved as an ambassador in Interfaith Harmony Contact.
I work for Tribal, Indigenous / First Nation peoples around the world to restore and defend their cultural / human rights.

I attend gym . I spend alot of my time in forest walking etc.
No alcohol / Non smoker / No Tea or Coffee / No Drugs / No additional Salt or Sugar ( except local honey/s ) to diet.
The exception to the above can occur in certain circumstances during sacred ceremonies & rituals.

I meditate and live a dedicated, spirtually focussed life.
