Follow along with this classical yoga routine which includes 10 minutes of sun salutations, 10 minutes of pranayama - kapalabhati and alternate nostril breathing - and 10 minutes of classical silent meditation. A great way to start the morning, or anytime you need a quick way to relax and recharge.
