- Hello to you. I am an idealist and am excited to be part of the progression and journey. I do not go to any doctors, nor does anyone in my family. Being raised on a mountain, with no electricity, and seeing a brother and sister being born at home, with no doctors, was a different situation as compared to others, but I know only this experience. Thanks to social networking, and technological change, we (all life) are headed toward our singularity destination of unity consciousness and pure health. I am thankful to be able to share my thoughts here, with you. My name, Next Dimensions, is related to fully understanding ourselves, this reality and our existence.
I hope to share some stories and information about health and life as I have time.
- BMHS Profile: BODY (Physique, Health and Senses) – How do you keep or would like to keep your Body Healthy, Well and Personable?
- Years of pure food. The cells have been fed well. Exercise in different forms, sometimes a lot of it. Water.
- BMHS Profile: MIND (Thoughts and Ideas) – How do you keep or would like to keep your Mind Uplifted, Calm and Creative?
- Qi Gong, Yoga and other forms of meditation. Having time for hobbies and enjoyments like helping others with their health. Breathing from the stomach area, from the diaphragm keeps me calmer. Being outside, in nature.
- BMHS Profile: HEART (Emotions and Feelings) – How do you keep or would like to keep your Heart Loving, Kind and Compassionate?
- Giving compliments to others and using positive reinforcement at all times.
- BMHS Profile: SPIRIT (Access to the Source of Creation) – How do you or would like to access to your Spirit – the source of everything?
- Meditation. Also, discussion with others about this very topic is very important. When more people start using social networking (only about 15% of the web users are utilizing it) we will see a dramatic rise in the spread of Unity Consciousness discussion and then considerable changes in our world environment. It's already happening but we are on the low point of an exponential curve.
