Amazingly fortunate but don't realize it as I should

Have the will power and strength to quit smoking, continue jogging/running and be able to run a marathon in the next 3 months. Stay on a healthy diet, enjoying more fresh stuff, less of grains, more of vegetables, fruits, dals, etc, and try to skip late night dinners.
Stay active in other activities that I enjoy such as golf, hiking, skiing, rafting and just about most outdoors stuff.

Start and continue w/ Meditation, not be lazy and get caught up in the rut.
In addition, reading, listening, thinking and sharing.
