Practice along with this beginner’s level short yoga class - about 35 minutes. Class includes initial relaxation, anuloma viloma (alternate nostril breathing), sun salutations, single leg lifts, dolphin, bridge, fish, single leg seated forward bend, the yoga boat back strengthener, standing spinal twist, standing forward bend, triangle, and final relaxation.
