Difficult to speak about myself. I love Spirituality, and I sense it like a way to felle in balance with myself and the world around me.

Sprituality is a way to keep our body health. An healthy diet, gym and trekking are other ways, for me very crucial, to keep my body healthy.

I think that, in order to keep my heart loving, the best way is allowing emotions to spread out. Keeping emotions under check, refraining from crying, for example, is a way to constrict our heart. Allowing emotions to flow, if possible, being not ashamed to be.
Like Fromm said, to be, and not to have, is the topic to keep our heart healthy

BMHS Profile: SPIRIT (Access to the Source of Creation) – How do you or would like to access to your Spirit – the source of everything?

I think that the Source of everything resonates in every object of Creation. When we are in touch with the deepest part of ourselves, we are in touch with the Whole. When we are in touch with Spirit, we are in touch with the deepest life.

Everything is an outcome of God, of the Supreme Spirit. In everything the Spirit of God blows is everlasting life.
