- Every minute of every day I ask myself, "what can I do right now that will be fun?" I believe that the greatest gift we can give the world is to enjoy our lives and to be the source of increased happiness in others.

- I am a member of NAAFA and I spread the word about HAES: Health at Every Size. I meditate, walk/hike, and my graden is my favorite place to be. A clean and tidy home provides an open place for my mind to create. The source of ones beauty and inner peace is to love yourself. I have started doing the Five Tibetans (almost) every day.
