When you feel attacked, stay positive and aware. Perceive an attack as a cry for help from someone who is feeling unloved then respond with love. Perceive the interconnectedness of everyone. See that all forgiveness is really self-forgiveness. Study the attack to learn what part of yourself you’ve been resisting, then forgive yourself as you do the other person. Hold the intention to become more conscious and aware.
