BMHS Profile: BODY (Physique, Health and Senses) – How do you keep or would like to keep your Body Healthy, Well and Personable?
I've been a vegetarian for about 6 months and working my way to raw food vegan. I am plus sized and working to make my body more healthy. I practice yoga for plus size students and just graduated from Yoga Teacher training 200 hrs.. I have begun meditation at the Self Realization Fellowship 1-2 nights a week. I am blessed to have a "healthy" body.

Meditation, Yoga, Whole live foods and like minded people. At the moment I'm in transition and am working on building my life back up one beautiful piece at a time.

If we are all carnations of the same light, there can be nothing but kindness and love for everyone and everything.
BMHS Profile: SPIRIT (Access to the Source of Creation) – How do you or would like to access to your Spirit – the source of everything?
Through prayer and mediation. Would like to begin service as well. I'm a bit shy and scared and need to work through that to achieve 'service'
